About Me

I am Anita, a qualified accredited Integrative psychotherapist. I have more than five years of experience working with Trauma clients.

One of my passion is working with Identity issues. Who am I? Where do I fit in? Where do I belong?

I also have extensive experience working with sexually abused clients whether it’s historical or recent abuse.

Initial Assesment

Before therapy, an assessment is vital in understanding what you need and whether we can work together to fulfil what you are looking for.

Sessions

During our initial assessment, we will discuss a suitable time, frequency and duration of sessions within realistic expectations and objectives.

Growth

Throughout our 60mins sessions, we look at, e.g thoughts, feelings and behaviour. We focus on working out how to change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.

Therapy enables one to transform thought patterns, to reshape them, to draw different implications and to engage in new helpful thoughts and behaviours.
