Person Centred Therapy

Person-centred therapy, focuses on the individual, rather than the problems. It is a humanistic approach that deals with the ways in which individuals perceive themselves consciously, rather than how a counsellor can interpret their unconscious thoughts or ideas.

The goal is for you to achieve greater independence.

Through client sessions, we will work together to help you to better cope with any current and future problems that you may face.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy. It has been proven to help treat a wide range of emotional and physical health conditions in adults, young people and children. CBT looks at how we think about a situation and how this affects the way we act in the 'here and now'. In turn, our actions can affect how we think and feel.

CBT therapy looks for ways to improve your state of mind.

Through client sessions, we will work together to change your behaviours and thinking patterns to help treat any underlying issues

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on unconscious processes as they are manifested in the client's present behaviour. Through the interpretation of the clients patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in order to gain insight into their current self.

To become self-awareness and understand the influence of events.

During the sessions we all tackle your past events and begin to understand the direct influence those events have on your current and future self.
